Removing purchase orders

When can purchase orders be removed?

You can remove purchase orders when you are the only user in the system.

What happens when purchase orders are removed?

All fully processed or cancelled purchase orders and purchase order information is removed from Fincon Accounting and cannot be retrieved.

What are the steps to remove purchase orders?

Navigate to the correct window

  1. Navigate to Orders Purchase Orders / Purge Purchase Orders.

Enter the purge date

  1. Enter the date up to which purchase orders must be removed in the Order Date text box.

Perform the removal

  1.  Click the Accept button.
The fully processed and cancelled purchase orders will be permanently removed after you have clicked the Accept button, no notification window will appear.
