Enabling the Fincon Accounting dataset to be shared

Follow these steps to enable the Fincon Accounting dataset to be shared:

1. Navigate to where the FinData folder was created during the Create the Fincon Accounting database phase.
2. Right-click the FinData folder, and click Properties.
3. Select the Sharing tab.
4. Click the Share… button.
5. Enter system in the text box and click the Add button.
6. administrators in the text box and click the Add button.
7. Enter everyone in the text box and click the Add button.
8. Click the drop-down box next to SYSTEM and choose Read/Write.
9. Click the drop-down box next to Administrators and choose Read/Write.
10. Click the Share button to share the folder with them.
11. After the folder has been shared, click the Done button to close the menu.
