Step-by-step guide
Navigate to the correct window
- Navigate to Workshop / Support Maintenance / Contract Maintenance.
Call up the appropriate support contract
- Enter (or select) the appropriate support contract in the Contract Number text box.
Make the required changes
- Make the required changes.
Any field with black text can be edited depending on how you have set your active text in the Customize window.
To edit an item on the support contract, click on the item and press Enter on your keyboard.
Save the changes
- Click the Accept button.
- Click the Accept button.
- Print the contract by specifying the print options and clicking the OK button, or click the Cancel button to close the window.
