Marking a CRO as fetched

Marking a CRO as fetched is the final step in the CRO lifecycle, so when the item has been returned to the customer of the process has been fully completed.

When a CRO is marked as fetched it will not turn up in your reports, except in the List CRO's report where completed CRO's will still be listed.

If your own stock was used on the CRO, it will not be able to be marked as fetched as it still needs to be invoiced.

CRO's can be marked as fetched in two ways:

Complete CRO window

Navigate to the correct window

  1. Navigate to Workshop / Internal Customer Repair Orders / Complete CRO.
  2. Click on the Customer Items tab.

Call up the appropriate CRO

  1. Enter or select the appropriate CRO number in the CRO Number text box.

Change the status

  1. Click on the relevant item
  2. Click the Status button.
  3. Click on Fetched in the Select window that appears.

Save the changes

  1. Click the Accept button.
  2. Click Yes from the window that appears.
  3. Print the workshop delivery note by specifying the print options and click the OK button, or click the Cancel button to close the window.
Note that the CRO's status already needs to be set as Complete in order for you to be able to set the status to Fetched. 

Note that you will not be able to mark the CRO as fetched if the Approve CRO’s before Invoice company parameter is enabled or if the CRO has to be invoiced.

CRO's for Collection

Navigate to the correct window

  1. Navigate to Workshop / Reports / CRO's for Collection.

Enter the report parameters

  1. Enter (or select) the appropriate debtor account number in the Account text box or leave blank for all.
  2. Enter (or select) a workshop location code in the Location text box or leave blank for all.

Generate the report

  1. Click the Accept button.

Mark the CRO as fetched

  1. Click on the relevant CRO.
  2. Click the Fetched button.
  3. Print the workshop delivery note by specifying the print options and clicking the OK button or click the Cancel button to close the window.
