Differences in reports and how to use them
Outstanding CRO Items
This report is where you will get a thorough overview of everything that is going on in your workshop, it's your go-to management report. The status of the CRO's, the item on the CRO's, the customer it is for and so on. You can use this report to keep updated and stay on top of things.
Outstanding Support Calls
This report is similar to the Outstanding CRO Items report, it's just for outstanding support calls. You'll be able to check the status of the support calls, the customer it is for etc.
CRO items at Suppliers
This report shows you which items have been sent to suppliers, helping you to check what needs to be followed up.
CRO's for Collection
With this report, you will be able to get a quick view of which CRO's are completed and thus which items are ready for collection by your customer or ready to be sent to the customer.
Pending CRO's
This report displays a list of CRO's that have not been worked on yet, in other words, the status is pending.
CRO Age Analysis
This report displays the age of all completed CRO's for a specified period per technician or customer.
CRO Response Report
With this report, you can keep track of whether your company is meeting its service level agreement with regards to your technicians' response time to CRO's and support calls.
CRO Service Report
With this report, you can view when items are ready to be serviced again based on the parameters you have entered when entering the CRO.
Income per Contract
This report displays the income you make per support contract.
Contract Info
With this contract, you can view all your support contract information.
Repetitive CRO Items
With this report, you can view which items have been booked in for repair more than once.
CRO Items Sent to Suppliers
With this report, you can view how many items you have sent to specific suppliers helping you determine which items are not quality good due to the fact that they have to be sent for repair to a specific supplier.
Item History Enquiry
This report enables you to print the history of a specific item's CRO's.
List Contract Transactions
This report displays the income of transactions per support contract for a specified period range.

Outstanding CRO Items

Navigate to the correct window
- Navigate to Workshop / Reports / Outstanding CRO Items.
Set the report parameters
- Enter (or select) the appropriate customer account number in the Account text box or leave blank for all.
- Enter a workshop location code in the Location text box or leave blank for all.
- Select the appropriate CRO status from the Status dropdown list.
- Select to include the CRO date in the List CRO Date check box, if you so wish.
Generate the report
- Click the Accept button.
Print the report
- Click the Print button.
- Specify the print options.
- Click the OK button.

- Enter (or select) the appropriate supplier account number in the Supplier text box. or leave blank for all.
- Enter (or select) the appropriate location in the Location text box, or leave blank for all.
- Select the appropriate CRO status from the Status dropdown list.
Generate the report
- Click the Accept button.
Print the report
- Click the Print button.
- Specify the print options.
- Click the OK button.
CRO's for Collection

Set the report parameters
- Enter (or select) the appropriate customer account number in the Account text box or leave blank for all.
- Enter (or select) a workshop location code in the Location text box or leave blank for all.
- Select to include the CRO dates in the List CRO Date check box, if you so wish.
Generate the report
- Click the Accept button.
Print the report
- Click the Print button.
- Specify the print options.
- Click the OK button.
CRO Age Analysis

- Navigate to Workshop / Reports / CRO Age Analysis.
Set the report parameters
- Select to list age per technician or age per customer from the Age Options Group.
- Select to list completed CRO's or outstanding CRO's from the CRO Options group.
- Enter the appropriate date range in the From Date and To Date text boxes.
Generate the report
- Click the Accept button.
Print the report
- Click the Print button.
- Specify the print options.
- Click the OK button.
CRO Response Report

- Enter (or select) the sub debtor's account in the Sub Account text box or leave blank for all.
- Enter the appropriate date range in the From Date and To Date text boxes.
- Enter (or select) the appropriate area code in the Area text box, or leave blank for all.
- Enter (or select) the appropriate technician code in the Technician text box, or leave blank for all.
- Enter (or select) the appropriate contract number in the Contract Number text box, or leave blank for all.
- Enter (or select) the appropriate priority in the Priority text box, or leave blank for all.
- Select the appropriate option from the From/To Date group.
Generate the report
- Click the Accept button.
Print the report
- Click the Print button.
- Specify the print options.
- Click the OK button.
CRO Service Report

Set the report parameters
- Enter (or select) the appropriate customer account number in the Account text box. or leave blank for all.
- Enter the appropriate date range in the From Date and To Date text boxes.
- Enter (or select) the appropriate technician code in the Technician text box, or leave blank for all.
- Enter (or select) the appropriate contract number in the Contract text box, or leave blank for all.
- Select the service type from the Service Type dropdown list.
- Select to include pending CRO's in the Include Pending CRO's check box, if you so wish.
Generate the report
- Click the Accept button.
Print the report
- Click the Print button.
- Specify the print options.
- Click the OK button.

- Select the appropriate option from the Select On group.
- Enter the appropriate date range in the From Date and To Date text boxes.

Repetitive CRO Items

Set the report parameters
- Enter (or select) the appropriate customer account number in the Account text box. or leave blank for all.
- Select the appropriate CRO item status from the Status dropdown list.
- Enter the appropriate date range in the From Date and To Date text boxes.
- Select to list the CRO date in place of the delivery date in the List CRO Date check box, if you so wish.
Generate the report
- Click the Accept button.
Print the report
- Click the Print button.
- Specify the print options.
- Click the OK button.
CRO Items Sent to Suppliers

Item History Enquiry

- Enter the appropriate serial number in the Serial Number text box.
- Select the appropriate CRO item status from the Status dropdown list.
- Select to list the CRO date in place of the delivery date in the List CRO Date check box, if you so wish.
Print the report
- Click the Print button.
- Specify the print options.
- Click the OK button.
List Contract Transactions

- Select the appropriate stock location from the Location dropdown list.
