Setting email document text

Navigate to the correct window

  1. Navigate to System / Mail Settings / Document Text.

Set the email document text

  1. Select the required document from the Document drop-down list.
  2. If you want to import HTML document text, click on the HTML tab and then click on the Load From File button.
  3. Navigate to where the specific HTML file is saved, double-click on the HTML file, or click on it once and press the Open button.
  4. If you wish to remove HTML document text, click on the Clear HTML button.
  5. If you want to enter document text in plain text, then click on the Plain Text tab.
  6. Type any text in the open text box and add any desired tags under Insert User Tag by clicking on the relevant button once. E.g. the Name tag will be replaced with the Sender Name entered in the user settings, and the User Defined 1 tag will be replaced with whatever was entered in the User Defined 1 field in the User Settings.

Save the changes

  1. Click the Accept button.
