Watch this video to see how to change the status of a delivery note or follow the steps below it.
Navigate to the correct window
- Navigate to Inventory / Delivery Notes / Reset Delivery Note Status.
Specify the search options
- Select what field to search on in the Search on option.
- Select the stock location to search in from the Location dropdown list.
- Enter what to search for in the Positioning Value text box.
- Select the appropriate status from the Status dropdown list.
- Click the OK button.
Reset the status of the delivery note
- Select the appropriate delivery note and click the Reset Status to Entered button.
