Creating a head office order

Watch this video to see how to create a head office order or follow the steps below it.

Navigate to the correct window

  1. Navigate to Orders / Head Office Orders / Enter Head Office Order.

Enter the head office order details

  1. Enter (or select) the account number of the appropriate creditor in the Account text box.
  2. Enter the order date in the Order Date text box.
  3. Enter the delivery date in the Delivery Date text box.

Enter the inventory items

  1. Enter (or select) the item number of the appropriate item in the first open line in the ITEM NUMBER column.
  2. Enter the quantity of the corresponding item in the QUANTITY column.
  3. Change the unit price of the corresponding item in the UNIT PRICE column, if so required.

Generate the head office order

  1. Click the Accept button.
  2. Print the head office order by specifying the Print Options and clicking the OK button, or click the Cancel button to close the window.

You can enter the inventory items as shown above or you can also enter a GRV, quotation, head office order, sales order, purchase order or head office order in the ITEM NUMBER column.
