You have the following reporting options available for head office orders:
List Head Office Orders

Navigate to the correct window
- Navigate to Orders / Head Office Orders / List Head Office Orders.
Enter the report parameters
- Select the appropriate location from the Location dropdown list.
- Enter (or select) the appropriate supplier account in the Account text box, if you so wish.
- Select whether you want the report to display Details per Account or give you a Summary per Item.
Generate the report
- Click the Accept button.
Print the report
This step is optional.
- Click the Print button.
- Specify the print options.
- Click the OK button.
Head Office Order Transactions

This report cannot be generated without the item number being specified.
Navigate to the correct window
- Navigate to Orders / Head Office Orders / Head Office Order Transactions.
Call up the appropriate inventory item
- Enter (or select) the appropriate item in the Item Number text box.
- Select the appropriate stock location from the Location dropdown list.
Generate the report
- Click the Accept button.
Print the report
This step is optional.
- Click the Print button.
- Specify the print options.
- Click the OK button.
Query Head Office Order

- Navigate to Orders / Head Office Orders / Query Head Office Order.
Call up the appropriate order
- Enter (or select) the appropriate order number in the Order Number text box.
Print the report
