Navigate to the correct window
Watch this video to see how to create contract invoices or follow the steps below it.
- Navigate to Debtors / Invoices / Contract Invoice.
Enter the invoice details
- Enter (or select) the customer account number in the Account text box.
- When you click on the Account text box the following message box will appear: ‘You have not entered a sales order number – do you want to accept it?‘, click the Yes button.
- Enter the invoice date in the Date/CN Type text box.
- Enter a customer reference in the Customer Ref text box, if applicable.
- Enter (or select) the rep code of the appropriate sales rep in the Rep Code text box.
- Enter the appropriate method of delivery in the Del textbox.
- Enter (or select) the appropriate contract number in the Contract text box.
Enter the inventory items
- Enter the inventory items in the ITEM NUMBER column.
- Enter the quantity in the QUANTITY column.
- Change the prices in the PRICE EXCL, TOTAL EXCL, or TOTAL INCL columns if required.
- Enter a discount percentage in the % DISC column if applicable.
Generate the invoice
- Click the Accept button.
- Change the message on the Enter Message window, if applicable and click the Accept button.
- Print the invoice by specifying the Print Options and clicking the OK button, or click the Cancel button to close the window.
