Finalising a credit claim

Watch this video to see how to finalise a credit claim or follow the steps below it.

Navigate to the correct window

1. Navigate to Debtors / Credit Claims / Finalize Credit Claim.

Call up the appropriate credit claim

1. Enter (or select) the appropriate account number in the Account text box, or leave blank for all.
2. Click the Accept button.

Finalise the credit claim

1. Select the appropriate credit claim and click the Finalize Claim button.
