Changing the status of an RMA

Watch this video to see how to change the status of an RMA or follow the steps below it.

Navigate to the correct window

1. Navigate to RMA's / RMA Maintenance / Status Maintenance.

Specify the search options

1. Select the appropriate options from the Search on group.
2. Enter a positioning value in the Positioning Value text box.
3. Select the appropriate status of the RMA's to be listed from the Status dropdown list.
4. Click the OK button.

Change the status

1. Select the appropriate RMA and click the Change Status button.
2. Select the appropriate status from the Select window.
