RMA Reporting

What reporting options are available for RMA's?

How do these reports differ and when do you use each one?

List RMA's

This report gives you an overview of RMA's either per customer, technician or sales rep. It displays the RMA number, date, reference, whether a credit note has been created yet and the overall status of the RMA.

Query RMA's

This report allows you to view details about any specific RMA.

Pending RMA's

This report lists pending RMA's per customer.

Credit Analysis

This report allows you to print the credit history (monetary value or quantities) per stock item or account.

List RMA Items

This report gives you an overview of the items that are on RMA's per customer.

Generating RMA reports

List RMA's

Navigate to the correct window

  1. Navigate to RMA's / Reports / List RMA's.

Select the appropriate option

  1. Select the appropriate option in the Select screen.

Enter the search parameters

  1. Enter (or select) the customer account number in the Account text box.
  2. Select the appropriate RMA status from the Status dropdown list.

Generate the report

  1. Click the Accept button.

Print the report

This step is optional.
  1. Click the Print button.
  2. Specify the print options.
  3. Click the OK button.

Query RMA's

Navigate to the correct window

  1. Navigate to RMA's / Reports / Query RMA's.

Specify the search options

  1. Select the appropriate search option from the Search On group.
  2. Enter a positioning value in the Positioning Value text box.
  3. Select the appropriate status from the Status dropdown list.
  4. Click the OK button.

You can view details about an RMA by selecting the appropriate RMA and clicking the View RMA button.

Pending RMA's

Navigate to the correct window

  1. Navigate to RMA's / Reports / Pending RMA's.

Enter the search parameters

  1. Enter (or select) the appropriate customer account in the Account text box, or leave blank for all.
  2. Select the appropriate RMA status from the Status dropdown list.

Generate the report

  1. Click the Accept button.

Print the report

This step is optional.
  1. Click the Print button.
  2. Specify the print options.
  3. Click the OK button.

Credit Analysis

Navigate to the correct window

  1. Navigate to RMA's / Reports / Credit Analysis.

Enter the report parameters

  1. Select the appropriate financial year from the Year dropdown list.
  2. Select the appropriate period range from the Start Period and End Period dropdown lists.
  3. Enter (or select) the appropriate customer account number in the Account text box, or leave blank for all.
  4. Select the appropriate option from the Display Options group.

Generate the report

  1. Click the Accept button.

Print the report

This step is optional.
  1. Click the Print button.
  2. Specify the print options.
  3. Click the OK button.

  1. Navigate to RMA's / Reports / List RMA Items.

Enter the report parameters

  1. Enter (or select) the appropriate customer account number in the Account text box, or leave blank for all.
  2. Select the appropriate RMA status from the Status dropdown list.
  3. Select the appropriate period range from the From Period and To Period dropdown lists.

Generate the report

  1. Click the Accept button.

Print the report

This step is optional.
  1. Click the Print button.
  2. Specify the print options.
  3. Click the OK button.
