Navigate to the correct window

1. Navigate to Workshop / Reports / Pending Swop-outs.

Set the report parameters

1. Enter the appropriate stock location in the Location text box.
2. Select the status of the swop-out from the Status dropwdown list.
3. Select to list the CRO date if required in the relevant checkbox.

Generate the report

1. Click the Accept button.

Print the report

1. Click the Print button.
2. Specify the print options.
3. Click the OK button.
