With this function, you will be able to pull up a record of documents that were edited by a specific user after it was originally created. The report will display details like the computer the change was made on, the time of the change, which document was changed and what changes have been made.
Navigate to the correct window
- Navigate to System / System Maintenance / View Document Editing Log.
Enter the search parameters
- Enter the appropriate user in the User text box.
- Enter the dates to search between in the From Date and To Date text boxes.
Generate the report
- Click the Accept button.
