Deleting stock-take files

Navigate to the correct window

1. Navigate to System / System Maintenance / Delete Stock Take Files.

Select the stock type

1. Select the appropriate option from the Stock Type group.
2. Select the appropriate stock location from the Location dropdown list.

Delete stock-take file

1. Select the appropriate stock-take file and click the Delete button.

Reindex the files

1. Navigate to System / System Maintenance / Reindex Files.
2. Select the Stock Master File and Pack data files checkboxes.
3. Click the Accept button.
4. Wait for the reindex process to finish running
