Printing price labels

Navigate to the correct window

1. Navigate to System / Printing and Utilities / Price Label Printing.

Enter the general details.

1. Select the appropriate layout from the Layout dropdown list.
2. Enter the top and left margins in the Top Margin (mm) and Left Margin (mm) text boxes.
3. Enter the horizontal and vertical increments in the Horizontal Increment (mm) and Vertical Increment (mm) text boxes.
4. Enter the columns per page in the Columns per Page text box.
5. Enter the Rows per page in the Rows per Page text box.
6. Select the document type to be printed from the Document Type group.
7. Enter the number of the GRV or sales order to print labels from in the Doc Number text box.
8. Enter the item number to start at in the From Item text box.
9. Enter the item number to end at in the To Item text box.
10. Enter the category to start at in the From Category text box, if applicable.
11. Enter the category to end at in the To Category text box, if applicable.
12. Enter the number of labels to be printer per item in the Labels per Item text box.
13. Enter the number of labels to be skipped between items in the Skip Labels text box.
14. Select the appropriate location from the Location dropdown list.
15. Select the appropriate option to be printed.
16. Enter any applicable comments to be printed in the Comment text boxes.

Print the labels

1. Click the Print button.
2. Specify the print options.
3. Click the OK button.
