Viewing serial numbers on a document

With this function you can view serial numbers linked to a specific document, only the GRV number will remain the same. The in and out documents will change if they have been overwritten.

Navigate to the correct window

1. Navigate to Serial Numbers / Document Query.

Select the document type

1. Select the appropriate option from the Document Type options.

Call up the appropriate document

Enter the document number in the Document Number text box.

Generate the report

1. Click the Accept button.
