Changing the field length limit on a document layout

Navigate to the correct window

1. Navigate to System / Printing and Utilities / Form layouts / Form Designer.

Call up the document

1. Click the Open button.
2. Select the appropriate document from the dropdown list.
3. Select the appropriate layout from the Layout Name dropdown list.
4. Click the Accept button.

Change the filed length

1. Right-click on a field.
2. Click Edit.
3. Enter the filed length in the Field Length Limit text box.
4. Click the Accept button.
