Receiving an item back from repair with a swop-out

This function is used for an item that has been sent back for repair and the item is swopped with one of your supplier's items. This means that nothing in your stock will change as the item is just replaced.

Navigate to the correct window

1. Navigate to Serial Numbers / Scan Serial Numbers / Swop-out.

Scan the serial numbers

1. Click the Start Scan button.
2. Enter the serial number of the returned item in the Old Serial Number text box.
3. Enter the new received item's serial number in the New Serial Number text box.
