Renewing your registration

You will receive messages on your Fincon Accounting system about a month before your license is set to expire. Around this time you should also receive your tax invoice for renewal. After a proof of payment has been sent to support@fincon.co.za, you can follow these steps to renew your registration.

“One-click” Renewal

This method requires an active internet connection.
  1. Navigate to File / Registration / Renew Registration.
  2. Click the Get Registration Info button.
  3. Check that the following message box appears: Registration renewal has been completed.
  4. Click the OK button to close the window.
Remember that after your Fincon Accounting has been renewed, you might have to confirm the renewal two weeks afterwards.

Telephone Renewal

If you have multiple companies created in Fincon Accounting, you need to be logged into the top-most one.
  1. Navigate to File / Registration / Renew Registration.
  2. Phone our support line.
  3. Read them the number reflected next to Identification Number.
  4. Enter the number read to you in the Registration Number text box.
  5. Select the registration type that you have opted and paid for from the Registration Type dropdown box.
  6. Click the OK button.
  7. Check that the following message box appears: Registration renewal has been completed.
  8. Click the OK button to close the window.
Remember that after your Fincon Accounting has been renewed, you might have to confirm the renewal two weeks afterwards.
