What kind of changes can be made?
- Change the date of the head office order.
- Add or remove comments.

Navigate to the correct window
- Navigate to Orders / Head Office Orders / Amend Head Office Order.
Call up the appropriate head office order
- Enter (or select) the appropriate head office order number in the Order Number text box.
Make the required changes
- Any field that doesn’t have blue text can be edited, (depending on how you have set your default text in the Customize window).
- To insert a new line for a new item before an existing line item, simply select that line and press the Insert key on your keyboard.
- Similarly, to delete an item, select that line and press the Delete button on your keyboard.
Save the changes
- Click the Accept button.
- Specify the print options and click the OK button to print, or click the Cancel button to close the window without printing.
