Editing head office orders

What kind of changes can be made?

  • Change the date of the head office order.
  • Add or remove comments.  
  • Add items to the head office order. 
  • Remove items from the head office order. 
  • Edit existing item details like quantities and prices. 
  • Edit item descriptions.

Navigate to the correct window

  1. Navigate to Orders / Head Office Orders / Amend Head Office Order.

Call up the appropriate head office order

  1. Enter (or select) the appropriate head office order number in the Order Number text box.

Make the required changes

  1. Any field that doesn’t have blue text can be edited, (depending on how you have set your default text in the Customize window).
  2. To insert a new line for a new item before an existing line item, simply select that line and press the Insert key on your keyboard.
  3. Similarly, to delete an item, select that line and press the Delete button on your keyboard.

Save the changes

  1. Click the Accept button.
  2. Specify the print options and click the OK button to print, or click the Cancel button to close the window without printing.
